I order here often on my way back from evening classes, and I am always satisfied. I can tell that my French fries are made to order, and are always nice and crispy. I also enjoy chatting with the Black older lady and a younger woman with tattoos who run the register. They're very polite. I will be coming back for late night fries and cheese curds.

I jus wanna say something about the woman I think is named Testa? who said my positive post about Cousins was fake,so,so sorry u had a bad experience or may-b u had a bad day & needed to take it out on someone or 0 patients or ur an all around ASS🤔& a liar cuz I've never waited any more then 7 may-b 10mins if there busy & that's understandable Cousins is one of the greatest Sub shops in Milwaukee, hey y'all try the Gyro I had my 2nd one yesterday YUM,YUM😛 Testa u stay outta Cousins since u don't like'um u leave a nasty stain on there floors

Ordered a half double cheesesteak combo and was very pleased. The cashier took the time to remind me I have reward points enough for a free sub. I told her I'm saving the points for the free 20 piece sub party pack! I will be returning to this location on future lunch breaks.

All of my food was nice and hot and fresh! It didn't even make it home! The cheese curds and marinara was so yummy and so were the fries!

My husband and I walked in (first time) place was clean, the cooks and serves and cashier were all so nice, respectful, well manners, and helpful. We order a chicken cheese steak it was amazing and definitely taste great and compare to a Philly Cheesesteak. Definitely will be going back.

Had the best experience with this cousins..whoever the boy was I think his name was Jay he had a positive attitude though out the whole time I was there and got his work done..also i think the name was Liz she was doing fantastic with making the sandwiches I will definitely come back. :)

The place was PACKED and the crowd was hungry! This causes for some confusion but let me tell you the sister on the grill who was putting out orders was on it!!! They ran out bell peppers somehow but hey things like that happen. The guy on the register & the one seemingly to be the manager were chasing their tails. Taking calls, handling discrepancies over the phone & keeping up with their in store crowd was a bit much for them! The manger was SNIPPY at times. That's never a good thing. Everytime I come home (Milwaukee) Cousin is a MUST, I probably won't choose this location again tho!

Although I'm a fan of Cousin's Subs, I did not care for this location! Extremely slow which I didn't understand with 6 people working behind the counter! Sliding our bread on the filthy counter tops took me over the edge, but the personal groom of the crew wasn't pleasing either. I'll stick to what I know and go on Locust and Oakland instead! Disgusting
