I eat at this chain a lot, but this is not my typical location--rating this mostly because the staff here are so friendly. The food itself is pretty typical to chain standards (decent for a casual dine in), and I enjoy most dishes on their menu. I also have to say that out of every location I've ordered takeout from, they are the only ones who consistently remember to put in plastic silverware when I ask for it.

The manager Micaela was so kind and great to me. She really was the embodiment of customer service. You don’t see that now a days. Was very clean and fast! Totally recommend it, great atmosphere. Love the food obviously.

I hadn't been here in over a year, but the customer service and the food were both good. I tried the chicken parm, soooo good, and I got my husband the Alfredo MontAmore w/ Paemesan Crusted Chicken. I had to top my meal off with those delicious rice crispy treats. This meal and experience was a 10.

I love Noodles and their food. This location has wonderful service that is friendly, but they are definitely short-staffed. In multiple visits there are issues that the staff is trying to correct (normal issues that a place like this will face: dirty tables, soda machine broken, etc.) and they are really working hard to keep things moving. Give them a tip and try not to be too harsh!

I get food here every month or so, and I my experience has always been pleasant. I love the soda machine with all the crazy different flavors. Easily my favorite part about this place for sure. The staff have always been friendly, and the food tasty. No major complaints. The only lament is that with the glass screen thing in front of the register it can be hard to hear the workers sometimes but that’s kind of a given with every place during COVID.

Hey acknowledge me once I walk through the door it took my automate suggestions you know as soon as I ordered it seem like my food was being prepared then the staff was lovely very high spirited cheerful you know I believe that the store manager's name is Calvin he's great to have an assistant their name Michelle and Jennifer a young lady by the name of t they were great I know all them because I go in there so much keep up the good work y'all and happy New Year to you all

Ordered food to be delivered and was pleasantly surprised. The noodle bowl was quite flavorful and had way more food than I was expecting. I also ordered a rice Krispy treat since the menu said they're made fresh daily and received like 4 servings worth of rice Krispy; honestly, the thing was MASSIVE and I was able to snack on it throughout the rest of the day. My only problem with the order was that the chicken in the noodle bowl was a tad burnt, but the sauce covered that pretty well so it's not a big deal.

Why are you selling regular size Mac and cheese but only serving a small portion? I'm being charged more for a smaller meal. I've been coming there for years and three times this is happened. The other locations don't do this!

Incapable of making a salad with ingredients listed on menu, Med Salad was always a favorite but what is it called if the Feta and black olives are missing? Over priced lettuce salad with rubber chicken, Never again!

I'm not sure what I enjoy more, the pesto cavatappi with chicken breast, or the random amazing music that's always playing making you feel like the credits are about to scroll past and the tv show your in is ending. Either way, love Noodles!
