I want to share an incredible act of exceptional customer service at the Wauwatosa Baskin Robbins. Although they were very busy tonight, Wednesday, I chose to wait for my two quarts of Jamoca Ice Cream I wanted to purchase for my kids. There were several people ahead of me who had already ordered and were waiting patiently. Two people behind the counter were working diligently to fill the orders. They were finishing up when in walked a man carrying a box and walked behind the counter as if he ‘owned the place’😅He happened to be the owner. He also came in with his two young children dressed in pajamas! He surveyed the scene and asked if I was next and i said yes…. Instead of waiting longer, he jumped right in (obviously not having expected to work) told me he was going to wash his hands, came back and filled my order! Great product, greater service! Highly recommend this Tosa 31 Flavors!

Too small for the traffic it has. Super cute clown cones for the kids are my favorite. Root beer floats and shakes. Yummy yum 😋

I ordered ice cream cake for my son's birthday. It was a hit!! Everyone loved it. It's been few birthdays, we tried out many cake shops. But BR was the best! Their service, follow up was really good. I would definitely recommend this shop.

On 12/19/21 at about 7 - 8 pm, both Moorhead and Bella were both amazing. Great customer service and amazing hostility. They deserve so much recognition and praise dude. Amazing choice baskin robins! 🙂 keep up the amazing genuine work guys, we rooting for y’all!

I have not had Baskin-Robbins ice cream in years. Chocolate Chip Hot Fudge Sundae brought back memories from high school. Great customer service, free samples, and feasible prices.

Good ice cream and service. You can get better ice cream from other shops, but the location to enjoy it is the best. Great place for kids.

This Baskin Robbins is still fully operational! The two employees were very nice and welcoming! And everyone should try the new Oreo cold brew flavor.. It’s amazing!
