Best pasta restaurant in MKE. We started with eggplant chips and garlic cheese bread. They’re known for their pasta flights and they don’t disappoint. We ordered the duck carbonara, pesto, and lasagna. We had Blake as our server and he gave us the best service we’ve had in a long time. We’ll be back!

We dined at Dorsia on a Saturday night. Arrived early with no reservation. Found an open spot at the bar, so that worked out perfectly. Started with cocktails, which were delicious. The pasta flights drew us in, pick up to 5 different pastas! We saw tables sharing & would recommend as servings sizes are quite hefty! We both decided on three pastas & knew we would have left-overs! The Lobster mac was absolutely incredibly. The pesto pasta was very creamy. Definitely my two favorites. Our bartender /waiter was friendly, we did get his attention a few times for things we needed (silverware, the another drink, the check) - so not as attentive as I would have imagined while sitting at the bar - but it didn’t cause any real issue. Overall we had a wonderful experience & food was delicious!

A very solid experience all around. Went with a friend at the suggestion of a few coworkers and we really enjoyed the meal. The evening started with a friendly greeting at the front stand. We were promptly shown to our table and were greeted by our friendly waitress. For appetizers, we started with fried brussel sprouts and the fried calamari. I'm not much of a vegetable person so my friend ended up eating most of the brussel sprouts. So I cannot fairly judge that dish. The calamari was decent but not top tier. The basil sauce that it came with was quite good. However. I just thought that the calamari was not very meaty. I also thought the peppers it came with were not very flavorful. They have a lot of awesome sounding appetizers on the menu and I would try something else next time. For dinner, we both ordered a pasta flight. Got the spaghetti and meatball and the spicy vodka. My friend got the spicy vodka and the carbonara. Everything was very delicious. I thought the portions were very appropriate. I was surprised that they do not have cannoli for dessert. There were two factors that made this a four-star experience versus a five-star experience. The first was that the service was pretty slow after the meal came. I have finished my pasta flight before any refills on the drinks came. The spicy vodka was fairly spicy and I definitely needed some water or a beverage to clear my palate. Once our waitress did come, she was very nice and personable once again. The second thing was that there was very fast and upbeat music that was almost like techno playing the whole time. I thought it took away from the whole vibe. The restaurant itself is very nice and I thought the music did not fit the ambiance. Overall, I will absolutely be coming back here for another great meal. My friend also said he would like to return on his next visit.

Made a reservation for 9pm for a party of 4. Got the fried brussels and fried calamari for appetizers. They were so amazing and definitely recommend getting the fried Brussels. For our entrees, we got the duck carbonara, piccante, pesto, alfredo, and pomodoro. They were all cooked perfectly and they performed every recipe to perfection. The portion sizes were very large too, I had about 1/4 of the dish and I was stuffed! Took back home the rest of the pasta and ate it for numerous meals. The ambience was amazing and we were the last table seated. The only complaint was that it was very chilly in the restaurant, or at least where we were seated.

We decided to come here from a recommendation and boy did they deliver! We had a 6pm reservation for a party of four last Saturday night and we were seated right away the only negative about that would be that we were seated right next to the hostess stand and a high traffic area. My wife ordered a hot mamacita drink and it was delicious, spicy, and strong, it was a great drink! We ordered the spinach & artichoke dip appetizer and it was so good and a great portion! The pasta flight option pricing was a bit confusing but our server, Sophie B, was the best and explained the menu to us and went over the pricing of the pasta flight, she also made our experience great and was very attentive! My sister got the pasta flight and could barely make a dent in it but we all tried her pastas and everything was so good! I ordered the pomodoro with a meatball and it was so delicious! I ordered the small portion and I ate about 1/4th of the entree and had to take the rest home, the portions are a great amount! The pricing is great for the portions and none of our food disappointed! Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Good atmosphere, good food, a bit busy but I sat at the bar for happy hour on Wednesday’s. I originally ordered the fried eggplant, bruschetta as an appetizer but they forgotten the eggplant. By the time the food came out it was already too late so I didn’t even mention it. Happy hour at the bar is until 8 pm it’s worth it! The sangria is my always go to it’s delicious

Excellent food! A group of 10 was served promptly with our reservations. Drinks, appetizers and food were quickly served and we never felt rushed. The food was incredible. The lobster mac is one of the best I have ever had. The garlicy sauce on our pizza was perfect. The espresso martini ***Chefs kiss*** highly recommend!

We made reservations and showed up early. They were so accommodating! Three of us ordered 4 flights of pasta! Picante, Alfredo, Lobster Mac, and Pesto. We had bruschetta for an appetizer. Everything was so so good!! We had a nice amount of leftovers, and it was all so tasty on day 2!

Yum! I love some good pasta and Dorsia always hits. We stopped in on a Friday night and surprisingly it wasn’t too busy. I don’t know if this is a recent trend, but I remember in the past a long wait on a Friday night and you would need a reservation. The menu is full of pasta and pizza, and some delicious appetizers. I love the bruschetta, the buttata is so good! I ordered the lobster Mac and it was a great balance of lobster and cheese. I think we were able to get a glimpse at all of the pastas. There are options for gluten free as well. The service was great and our waitress was on top of getting drinks and check-ins. The dark lighting and music make this a place for a younger crowd, but everyone can enjoy. We had fun guessing who owned the eyes on the canvases throughout.

Ask for Adrienne at the bar! Her service was amazing. I got the popular pasta flight the piccante and pesto was so good. The other vodka speziata tasted like spicy ravioli out the can. I wouldn’t recommend. They are big portions. I got chicken added and it was delicious and seasoned. I got the mule and toxic masculinity drinks both were really good. Parking is terrible so just be prepared to spin the blocks a few times.

Uniqueness comes in the pasta flight, never have been to a place that did multiple pasta options, which I love! Each flight is actually a complete serving so you essentially go home with 2-4 more meals from a 3 flight. Also went back and have now had all of their pastas on the menu and all are great in their own little way. I definitely think that they chose good pasta and sauce combo for most ‘dishes’
