Delivered a truckload of coffee beans from around the world. Tried their regular coffee. It tasted very different because they roast the fresh beans right at shop. Very nice people and atmosphere.

This place was really great! The food, coffee, cost, atmosphere, bathrooms, and service were all really great! My only complaint was that the breakfast sandwich could have been a bit better quality for the cost but everything else in terms of food and coffee was wonderful. The coffee was excellent and the almond croissant was to die for. The cost was relatively reasonable, though if you are looking for a full breakfast I would recommend that you go somewhere else that serves full meals since that might be more reasonable. Overall I would definitely come back here again and would recommend this place to others.

Love Humboldt's vibes. Can watch the roasters roast the coffee. The outside patio is nice... Even in the winter, it's heated and nice to be out there!

Cute coffee shop, where you can see the roasterie inside. Recommend the horchata cold brew and the Chia bowl. Reasonably priced. Friendly service and the pastries look amazing.

This place is it for us. We are here all the time. Sometimes the one on the water or Prospect but this is the main spot. I'd also get the scones, the mocha one is on point.

The collective coffee where you can actually see their whole operation while getting your coffee. The outdoor seating in this location is great for bringing your dog and getting some fresh air and even has overhead heaters to help stretch out the outdoor time.

One of the more interesting Collectivo locations because they actually process a lot of their coffee right here at this location, there is a whole facility for it here. Kind of cool to see. Tea and coffee are good here, plenty of options for food. Scones, cinnamon buns, cookies, pretzles, sandwhiches, all day breakfast

This visit we waited much longer than usual for a basic coffee and scone order, but otherwise this location is good.
Fairly noisy environment if you are going there to study or do work.

The coffee was awesome, but, after 20 minutes waiting for a order of toast with bacon a young man comes out and says sorry we botched your order will be right out and will give you extra bacon. Did mot eat this whole multi grain toast was hard and cold and bacon was cold. Coffee yes food never again. Whatever happened to white or regular wheat bread?

Love this spot but they need to learn to speed things up at the espresso machine in the morning. During rush times, maybe have someone helping the barista by staging espresso and drinks. Stopped in yesterday for a redeye and had to wait 20 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me.
