Wow i am so happy i finally got to come here! it is a little smaller than i thought it would be, but it is so adorable. i love the red walls and the artwork throughout the restaurant. i also find it really cool that you have to walk down some stairs to enter. The miso mushroom ramen was really good.
This considerably tiny ramen restaurant has a colossal taste. Your flavor palette will not be disappointed, each dish is like a personal gift. Though you might want to rush to get in it's first come first serve, but you won't want to rush to leave as the ambiance is quite nice and comfortable. An in
I'd been saving this place place for a date night but absolutely had to get in when I heard they're closing next week. The space is so small! I've never been to a true ramenya, so maybe it adds authenticity? Ordered the tonkatsu, as one does at a ramen shop first time, and it was so delicious! The t
Truly authentic Ramen. I was fortunate enough to live in Yokohama, Japan for 2 years and was able to experience many types of Ramen, and Red Light Ramen by far has the best Ramen in Milwaukee (even better than the best Ramen I've had in Chicago). Justin, the owner, and Zach, head chef, are amazing a
Seriously one of the best ramen places that I’ve ever been to. The staff is wonderful and provided amazing service. Food is so amazing. I drove an hour and a half just to eat here. So totally worth it!!! Definitely would recommend.
Hands down my favorite ramen ever. Are there other good ramen spots in Milwaukee? Absolutely but this will always be my number one. The vegetarian Ramen is amazing, broth is super flavorful, love the tonkotsu egg and if you’re not doing bamboo shoots in your ramen what are you doing? I repeat, what
Have wanted to eat here for awhile. Very small cozy restaurant. Six tables and just as many seats at the bar. Arrived around 6:20pm and was able to sit right away but then there was a 20 minute wait for a table. We were able to have an appetizer, the snack pack, ramen bowl and dessert in an hour. Th
I ordered the tonkotsu and my cousin had the mushroom miso. She said it had a lot of mushrooms and got tired of them after a while. She also noted that she wished it was a bit saltier I liked the assortment of toppings in my ramen. The noodles were good and the egg was soft boiled. The broth for
Such a great food and great staff. The ramen bowls are generous. We tried the rice bowl and snack pack and enjoyed both. The staff were very welcoming towards our young kids. Great place
This place is way smaller than you think it is, but awesome. Being part Japanese, I had high expectations, and RLR met them. The egg in the Tonkotsu Ramen was to die for, and I want to eat it every day. The broth was flavorful, and the noodles were the perfect texture. We also got the Takoyaki Waffl
Delicious and the most authentic Japanese ramen you can get in Milwaukee! (my only wish is we could have more broth) Also, the freshest and the best chirashi box (for the uni and other sashimi lovers) is available on Friday & Saturday!
I misss living in Seattle and eating ramen. This place was delicious but I already knew that since it’s a part of Ardent. I got the tonkotsu ramen
This place is very small and cozy and has a modern Japanese atmosphere. Although it is a small place, the service was phenomenal. It is difficult to express how amazing their ramen is. Their mushroom ramen had three different kinds of mushroom in it, and the best part is that it was made with mushro
So delicious, hard to find a good ramen egg but they deliver in flavor. Mushroom miso is amazing
