Was visiting from Chicago and We were looking for a place to watch the Cubs-Brewers game. I checked it out online and decided that this looked like a good place to watch the game. We were not disappointed! We ordered the cheese curds to start, and they were huge! One was about the size of a kiwi! I ordered a patty melt sandwich and it was cooked to perfection! The burger just melted in my mouth! The drinks were awesome too! I tried one of their craft beers called Napalm Bunny and it was delicious! Then I had the Patio Pounder cocktail and another cocktail (I can't exactly remember the name of it, but it had the number 57 in it, I think) and both were delicious! The bartenders were so very friendly and my husband and I had a blast watching the game! Can't wait to come back soon!
If you are in Milwaukee, looking for good food, great beer, and impeccable service, your search is over. The bartenders and waitstaff exhibit some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The menu has a wide variety of tasty dishes, that are complimented well by the delicious beers on tap. Good music and great location.
The whole experience was nothing short of fantastic.
Good beer. I mean really good beer.
Food was pretty awesome. I had the hot chicken sandwich and with the buffalo sauce it was very hot. Good kind of hot.
Marcia had the salmon and she really enjoyed it.
Good food at a reasonable price.
Service was fantastic. Our server was Heather and she rocked our night.
Personable and friendly. Thanks for everything.
Pretty good menu and a nice atmosphere. The sweet potato fries are my recommendation. We sat by the river which had a really good view, but inside looked really cool too. It wasn't too busy so it was quiet enough to hear a conversation.
Two visits to Ale Asylum Riverhouse. Two good overall experiences.
Ale Asylum Riverhouse offers a nice variety of drinks, a solid upscale pub food menu, and a great view of the Milwaukee River. The service could stand to be a little more attentive, but I wouldn't let that detract from one of the better food quality/value establishments in downtown Milwaukee.
This place is super wheelchair accessible. They even have an open faced elevator that takes tou downstairs to enjoy the Milwaukee River views. Plus I enjoyed my non alcoholic Mojito. I did not get food there but will eat there sometime this summer. So go with some friends and enjoy yourself.
The bartenders were super nice and were willing to wait while we deliberated over the menu for far too long. They also helped us try different beers to find what we liked. I ended up getting the Velveteen Habit and my boyfriend got the Madtown Nutbrown, both of which are delicious. They also gave us very generous shots. For food, he got the 5 cheese bacon Mac which was amazing. But even better than that, I got the pesto grilled cheese with fries. Holy sh*t. What good food. I got just enough tipsy, warmed up after the walk, and filled my tummy. On to the next Milwaukee attraction.
Great place for a bite to eat and a beer on the patio. Heather took great care of me. Food was delicious - I highly recommend the homemade blueberry cheesecake!
A large Halloween group came in and swarmed their bar. The staff handled the surge amazingly well! I was recommended the Pineapple Express and it was delicious! Definitely going back again.
Swanky place. Cool outdoor seating area on the river. We went by kayak. Bartender was helpful and fun. Food that the people next to us ordered looked awesome
There's a nice patio right in the river, and lots of tables inside. I only got apps, which were fine. The highlight was my cocktail. I can't remember the name but it was a mix of blueberry, lemon, and ice tea.
Great experience and food. Check it out. Quick walk to Fiserv as well. Cheers!
