Food has always been very good and generous portions. Highly recommend Cucumber Rolls with Cream Cheese if you don't care for sushi. Most employees are pretty friendly. Only concern is why do you seat us so close? It's ridiculous. Especially when you have/had posted that you practice Social Distancing. It's hard to enjoy your meal and have a conversation with your party when you're practically sitting on the stranger's lap next to you...

Fujiyama (West Allis) is a wonderful place to eat. The food is amazing and the staff are so nice. I went during lunch service. Great portion size for lunch menu. I couldn't eat all of it. I'd go again for sure during lunch or dinner.

Always a great experience here and sushi is always so fresh. Tried sashimi for the first time and I fell in love with how tender the white tuna was. It just melts in your mouth. I'm hooked.

I came here with a group of friends, some of whom had never experienced hibachi before. The menu was extensive, including hibachi, entrees, sushi, and more, so there was something for everyone. They have a nice drink menu, as well as a kids menu. If you choose hibachi and have a smaller group, you may be seated with other people, which I thought was just fine. I would definitely eat here again.

Great experience! We went there for my birthday and I was not disappointed! Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. They even made a bday balloon hat, had a song for me along with ice cream for us all. Lots of fun and laughs so we will go back.

Celebrated my boyfriends birthday. The group we shared the grill with were awesome. My BF did not want me to tell the cook it was his birthday but the Gentleman across from us did. At the end of dinner the restaurant sang happy birthday to him and put a balloon on his head. He couldn't get mad at him. I laughed so hard. Loved it.
