Great spot!!! Chicago dog for $4 every Wednesday. Mussels were great. Beer is cold, friendly atmosphere and great bartender. Asked him to make me an Old Fashioned the way he likes them, and he didn’t disappoint! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.
Ribs. the sauce is really good, but they are weirdly skinny and give the impression of being just grilled and not smoked 6.2/10
Fried Cod. It has a light batter that doesn't overpower the fish. 8.7/10
Beet salad with goat cheese and romaine 9.3/10. It needs the candied pecans which are not served
A cozy pub with great food. The service is good and very attentive. I had an Italian Roast beef and Creamy Brussel Sprout soup. Definitely worth a stop just for a drink.

Swinging Door Exchange is a Milwaukee gem with a cozy, saloon-like atmosphere and delicious comfort food. Their grilled mahi mahi salad is a must-try - the fish is perfectly cooked and the salad is fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this spot for a casual lunch or dinner.

I was here a year ago from out of state and had the grilled beet salad and I haven’t quit thinking about it. Went last night and had it again—as wonderful as I remember.
