I wanted to find a place near City Hall that would serve quick food and this was what I chose. I read good reviews so I came over. The menu was simple to understand and had a good variety of choices. The cashier was friendly. The food was exactly what I expected. Great tasting food and good service. If you want quick Japanese food, this is a good place to go.

I was looking for Katsudon in the bay area for a while and I am happy to have found this place. The service was quick and friendly, the cashier person made eye contact haha! I was in and out within 15 minutes of placing the order. The food came out to be warm and flavorful, I would reccommend this spot if you are looking for decently priced Japanese cuisine.

My first time to order here. Of course we ordered to go. The staff was friendly and nice even though I took my time ordering. The to go boxes are a little soft, but every thing stayed in the box. Food was good too.

Very fast, and very good! I had the teriyaki chicken, some and veggie tempura, spicy tuna roll, and shrimp tempura roll. Not all for me but I had a little of each. All delicious! I would give the sushi 4 stars, but still good for seven bucks each.

Just came from Bento Xpress. Very tasty Japanese food & reasonably priced. Service is excellent & friendly. Will go back to try other dishes.

Incredible food and absolutely ridiculously incredible service. Everyone is so nice and really positive. Very attentive and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this place and I had my doubts since this just looked like a low-key place But don't let that fool you. It has an incredible foundation for a great business.

Please give this place a visit! It’s a must. Great price, for healthy and decliious meals. Most importantly, it seems brought me back to the old times, when family business care about their customers. I felt being treated well when the owner, while taking my order, asks “are you sure you don’t want any water?” Or “Would you like lemon in it?” That makes me feel being taken care of. The way to me just feels different from lots of other restaurants, like robots 🤖, sort of. I appreciate in such fast paced modern world, I have this place that has its characters and warmth. Please support local small business.

The food was good. The restaurant is older I don't like that you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom where you can touch the food that's been cooked. Very polite men work there. It's a fast food restaurant.
