Today, when placing an order, my daughter was screaming while I was trying to talk. It's been a rough day with her in general...the staff was so kind about it and the two people working the window went above and beyond to make my kids happy. The food also came out very fast. I'm not sure if the staff that was there this morning is new or what, but today this wendys really did great!

Twice now I’ve been here and the drive through is always long. More than 15-20 minutes long which is unacceptable. Burger isn’t hot. Totally disappointed!!!

Love Wendy's and this one is my favorite. I primarily use the drive through. The staff is friendly. The food is hot. Very tasty. Highly recommend!

This place is ridiculous the people rating this a 1 star is being very truthful. I dont care how close this place is to my house I would drive further when my kid wants Wendys. Not worth the wait. Waiting is not an issue when your food is hot and right and the service was pleasant. Yall need to do better or just close. You're in a position of customer service but I can tell the manager must dont have it cause it reflects in the restaurant. I blame the manager. You asked for the responsibility if you tired quit so this place can do what it needs to and that's service the community with a smile 😊

They cannot make up their mind as to rather their inside it open or closed!!! Its 5:38pm and the door is locked but I came her last week around 8:00pm and it was open. Either the workers are doing this unknowingly or this particular Wendy’s is just out of whack and needs better management overall. You would think with them only having one area of service (the drive thru) they would be moving a lot faster but, we have been in line for 15 minutes and havent even ordered.

The food was excellent but my family and me had to wait in the drive thru for about 25-30min before we even got to order our food and there was only 3 cars in front of us when we got there. My 3yr old daughter started throwing a fit sitting in the car waiting that long just to place our order.

I'm so tired of my orders being wrong. I understand fast food is fast paced but how hard is it to read the order on the receipt and follow the directions?? I ordered on Wendys website, everything was detailed. Whole order completely wrong. I was supposed to get 1 small chocolate frosty but got 2 jr frostys instead. I asked for no mayo on my sandwich, got mayo. I asked for mustard on my sandwhch, no mustard. Asked for no onions, got onions. Ordered a combo meal, only got the drink!!! And since my husband has my truck i can't go to the store. Called the store and they said they cant do anything and have to dispute it in the app. well in the app you only get 500 characters to complain and you have to wait for a response via email. so basically wendy's stole my money and only half my family recieved their dinner. This location was on point before its remodel a few months ago.

Sat in drive thru for 15 min only to end up with hair in food and wrong order. Noone had hair nets or gloves when i went in to show them. Nor did they care much. So check your food! 🤢
