Review Baskin-robbins - Millersville

Nice portions compared to all of the other premium over cream places!!! So, great value! I've always been a fan of B&R but I haven't been back in years! Today, I got Beach Day (exceeded expectations!) And my usual fav World Class Chocolate. I took off a star cause of the long wait and the seating area is still closed!! It sucks to eat your ice cream in the heat outside! Esp World Class Chocolate cause mousse melts quickly! Also got a Duncan Oat Milk Latte - yum! Get your custom Ice Cream Cakes here too!

great frozen coffee butter pecan

They take your order then after waiting 10 mins they tell you they don't have anything you ordered. When i ask for Hot Dark roast coffee and get room temperature coffee. They were out of cookies n cream icecream then give a suggestion and then say oh sorry dont have that either. Did not put the correct amount of sugar in my tea and i wish i could say they got my doughnut right but that was stale as well. This place needs new management.

Service is good, but not great, some could smile more! That is okay though, I haven't had any problems with my ordering and most of the employees are very nice!

I just came from there...I ordered 3 sundaes...I live approximately 5 minutes away...the brownie sundae the brownie was hard...I had a cookie sundae...couldn't eat the cookies I couldn't even break it with the spoon...I probably should have just stuck with a mcflurry and kept it moving...won't make that mistake again..fyi the other sundae was the same as the rest smh

The place was clean and the ice cream tasty. Customer service was the only thing lacking.

Services was OK until around 930 when they locked the doors with 2 other folks still in the building which seem to be friends of the cashier, its now 950pm and they haven't even moved or anything ,so I guess they were in a hurry to get us out of the building umm this will be the last time I ever come to this location

Men's bathroom was terrible said my 25 yr old son! Women's bathroom needed a cleaning.
