Sonic Drive-in

I have literally not once waited less than 30 minutes. You could order a sprite and sit there for 40 minutes straight. Ive been completley forgetten before while doordashing trying to get customers their food. It just doesnt make any sense, I tried it again today and the same thing. Im just going to deny orders here, its not worth it at all. The employees have a good attitude and thats much appreciated but theres no excuse for the wait on a restaurant that bassically advertises speed in their name.

The store was pretty fast about making our shakes. But when we got there they were ALL outside hanging out, and then stared at us like they wanted us to leave when we pulled in. We ordered our shakes and they were basically responding like they weren’t listening to a word we said. When we finally got our shakes they were pouring out the side and the outsides were covered in ice cream.

We went to Sonic in Milledgeville, GA last night. It was late. We got there at 11:45 and they close at 12. We went to the drive thru so they wouldn’t have to come to the car and all. At the speaker, they said, “welcome to sonic, what can I get for you?” We said what we wanted and they didn’t say anything back. We sat there for about 5 minutes before pulling up to the window. THEY WATCHED US PULL TO THE WINDOW! Every one of them walked away from the window. We just sat there because it was before closing. It was 11:50 when we pulled to the window. At 11:58 the lady finally comes to the window and says, “we’re closed.” And we said, “I’m sure you are. A simple ‘we have already shut everything down for the night’ would have worked but you decided to ignore us.” THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE! Do better, Milledgeville!

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. It seems as if no one is working there's car's driving off from the drive up area and the drive thru line the line is to the road and not moving we came just to get something to drink and seen how bad the line was smh they need better service and possibly better workers.
