Review Sonic Drive-in - Milan

Out with two of my kiddos for the day and it was hot. Stopped here for two shakes and a drink and its seemed to take forever. Maybe because we were hot, ready to get home, or that I only ordered drinks, I felt like it should have been faster. Waited 10 min minimum. Rated three stars bc shakes were good and it could have been a shorthanded day.

went by Sonic again today . i always have great service and the employees always do a great job . the only complaint i have is the extremely huge pothole on the east side of the drive around. its really terrible , i have hit it the last 2 times i been there . please fix it i really enjoy everything especially the drinks and the service but that pothole is bone jarring to say the least . not to mention its hard to avoid and hard to see

Today I ordered large strawberry shake.. not one piece of strawberries in it & again 2 days in a row… cold tater tot’s and todays where full of oil .. tasted nasty…I won’t be going back!!!

Stopped by there yesterday with my hubby on the way to work and the food was super hot and fresh. It was soooooo frickin good!!!! Will continue to eat here!!!

Service is great but many time the "rewards" offered on the app can't be redeemed for one reason or another. Plus, their strawberry shakes are the worst shakes from a Sonic. I've bought shakes from other Sonics around TN which actually have strawberries in them.

I was only here to turn around but I've never had a bad visit at any sonic

I had a foot long Chili dog the chili was good the dog left a lot to be desired it tasted like a chicken or turkey dog or to me it didn't taste good it Deffinately tasted off. I had one last week at the Sonic in Greenfield, and it was delicious. I don't know what the difference is, but even the texture was different, too firm and tough.

I went after placing a online order, my daughter wasnt feeling good so it took me longer to get there. Get there and my ice creme is melted. Asked for replacement not refund but just a simple replacement. Got attitude n reasons she couldn't replace it. The manager explained why it was melted I could understand why but anywhere I have ever worked I've been told to provide nice customer service. I just want the service i know i would've given anybody. After all that he offered to replace but by then i was so annoyed n just wanted to get my daughter home i said forget it, why not just say hey this lady isn't being mean i see they are melted she isn't trying to scam me just let me be cool n replace these..I didn't yell I didn't cuss I simple requested replacement ice creme not shakes not blast but ice creme that I paid for with the money I work for. They was not giving me charity I didn't pay with chuckecheese tokens. I just want my kiddos to have ice creme that's not milk that's all. I didn't think I was asking for anything unreasonable. At times I've wait for 15 minutes for drinks that I placed online fir asap but I never make a big deal I patiently wait because I try to have understanding things happen. So from now on if I order from there I expect to get my drink or to me in 5 minutes, no excuses.

Getting pretty bad at customer service! Just stopped there and they didn’t even know what their menu was so to say. Ordered a #15 and almost had to explain what it was on the board then the carhop brought me my order and said Here and then started hollering at someone in the Exxon parking lot while standing at my window. It gets better, she then stands behind my car so I can’t backup. Great customer service!! Almost forgot I got asked awhile back if I wanted my change!

I really hate I had to rate with a 3. My husband and son have been there twice within the past week. Waited 15 minutes with no service. They left both times. I went a couple weeks ago. Nothing was right about my order. Don't know what is going on but please fix whatever it is. Sonic has always been a great place. It needs to get back to better service.

Waited for 30 mins for a corn dog, and a small fries and I requested for a free small slush for the wait, the guy says "no can do" AND The fries tasted like old oil���� . I won't be bringing my family to this place again

Well first of all... the food was cold. My son ordered a waffle cone sundae and 45 minutes later (after hitting the button and reminding them) we have NOT received this. This was the absolute worst service we have ever had at any sonic or anywhere ever, really. Get it together.

Service was terrible tonight, it took someone almost ten minutes before I even got service and then wouldn't even let me finish my order and I tried to and no one answered and then they brought my food after closing and said there is nothing that they could do about it

Awful service . They got a new system in. FF were cold as always. I hope they get use to their new system I had 2 different ppl I had to tell my order too.

Slow service. And cold food. Past year sonic has completely turned into a disappointment.

Order place at 8pm, it is now 8:44pm and still waiting for my order! This store is a joke, my wait times have continually gotten longer and longer! I am done with this store!

I always get great service and everything tastes great! Everyone that works here ate friendly and courteous! Nothing but positive comments from us!

Breakfast Burrito was more like a Jr Burrito.. Nothing in it and room temperature. Fries for my daughter were like day old cold fries. They were tough and cold to the point my almost 2 year old barely ate them. Got a grilled cheese as well and it was cold and tough. Couldn't even eat the edge of the bread because it was so tough. Talk about disgusting, a waste of money, and an embarrassment on their part. I think I'll stop at Sonic in Paris on my way out of town next time where I'm never disappointed!

My order is NEVER right anymore, I just received a sloppy chicken toaster and my husband's boneless wings were so drenched in sauce, the sauce was over flowing the tray it came in. We poured so much sauce out, we could've had 8 dipping sauce cups. EIGHT! Yes, we used a ranch cup to measure.

Your inside staff is first representative of your store to a guest. That being said I've spent my last moment (average of 20 minutes per visit) waiting on someone to take my order before giving up and leaving. I could understand if the parking lot was full at any of my recent visits I assure store wasn't busy at all. One can't help but wonder if this is any indication of how complete your housekeeping is inside of store. I remember when customer service was just that, a service...and you always remembered each and every person that came through your business helped pay your salary. I am opting to no longer contribute to a business that allows such poor and rude service.

Food is terrible service is terrible I had a car hop come our to my car with the name of Kelsey and she had many hickeys on her neck and it's pretty disgusting considering you work in public. Went to get ice cream one night messed up my order so I go back the next day and get my free ice cream and it's messed up so I have to make a second trip. Go a week later and get a burger and tell them no pickles or lettuce and I get extra then they try to say it was wrong on the ticket which they forgot I still had like never thought a place could go that far down not to mention you wait 15 mins before they answer the speaker and then takes you 30 mins to get your food. Ugh hate Sonic now

Why would you agree to donate something to a charity benefit, and back out without letting anyone know? Do you know how difficult it is to replace food for a benefit at the last minute? Shame on you all :/ Your business will suffer because what you give, is what you get :/
