We used to go to this kneaders all the time and loved it until the recent visit. Not only did they forget to give us the bread for three bowls of soups and the chips with the sandwich the food looked like it was cooked under a heat lamp the bread on the sandwich was dry and crusty as you can see in

It's okay. I've had a couple sandwiches from here(turkey club and chicken salad croissant) and they're okay. I really didn't like the meat distribution on the turkey and the sandwich was overall kinda dry. The croissant was nice, but came with almost no chicken salad in it.

Never again. $35 for two skimpy breakfast sandwiches two small smoothies and two eclairs. Absolutely egregious. There is no way costs have gone that high. Prices go up and food and service quality go down. Then I get home and and find a long black hair in my sandwich.
Placed an online order. When I went to pick it up I followed the directions for curbside pick up. I waited over 15 minutes and finally went inside. I waited another five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. They were just chit chatty with each other. Not the way to treat customers.
