Honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am so disappointed. I used to go here all the time when I was younger and loved it! What happened?! The waiter was so rude, the food was only decent, and portions were tiny. We went for a school dance and two of the boys got steak. One of which was clearly much larger than the other. When we asked about it our waitress said “that just how it was cooked. I don’t know I’m not the chef” so we asked for the chef to make a new one. I’m sorry but trust me you would have asked for a new one too if you were to see the difference in sizes. After about 5 min of waiting our waitress came back and said the chef would not make a new one because all the steaks are prepackaged and weigh the same. Look at these. You’re telling me they weigh the same?! Next thing that happened was that I have a dairy allergy. I made this clear to her and she was very kind and helpful. When my food came out the top of my sandwich clearly had cheese on it. When I asked she said “there’s no cheese that’s mayo” I had my friends try it. They all said it tasted like cheese. Very disappointed that my feelings were not cared for. I did not even ask for a new sandwich, just a new top of the bread. She just walked away and insisted she was right. If I didn’t have an allergy I would not be so concerned about this issue. Very dissatisfied at the way she handled a situation like this. Anyways I could go on and on but I’ll stop it here. Take what you want from this review. All I know is I will not be back.

Epic is a very classy place. Live music tonight by a very skilled guitar playing singer with a great song list. I had the Angel hair pasta; very delicious and just the right portion. Another in our party ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the Epic Burger. Wait staff and helpers were very attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Not so epic dining. It started with the girl who greeted us coming across as unwelcoming; there was no friendly greeting. The food was reasonably good, but certainly didn't justify the cost. Everything we ordered was more expensive than the menu on the website. We were even charged more for the tomato bisque than what the dine-in menu showed. The wait person only stopped by once to clear some plates and I was the one who had to ask for more water. Overall, it was disappointing and we will not be back.

We went to Epic for a Valentine's Day dinner. The service was okay but I wouldn't say great. Some guests complained about the time it took to get their main dish. Our main dish was not as hot as it should have been but then maybe they were a bit short handed as all restaurants seem to be right now. Overall though it was a good experience.

Absolute worst dinner ever. From the minute we walked in to the most unfriendly hostess, and then had the joy of the worst waitress. Husband's bday, they didn't care. Asked for pepper had to get myself. Will never go there again. Do not go! So many better places. Worst service we've ever experienced. It use to be goog. Not anymore.
