The Submarine Port

I'll start with the Cashier Nicole at the drive thru window, she have excellent Customer Service, she is always so nice and pleasant. She get my order right, she not rushy and she's a excellent listener. But most of all she always have a welcoming Smile on her face when you drive up to the window, not like these other places locally. It seems like they don't want to be bothered but they'll take your order and your money and throw mess of an order out the window to you and they just want you out of there face. And that's so rude. Nicole got it right and every way. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKE YOU WANT TO COME BACK. I hope the employees around her learn from working and watching her, she's a great example for others to mimic.

This place has not gotten better. I ordered a 9in pastrami hot only meat and cheese. They put everything on it which made me upset. I don't like that they changed the bread and they don't have mystic and snapple drinks no more. I also ordered a 9 in tuna which is ok plus a large fry which is basically a small fry what a waste of my money. I wish they would go back to the way things were before like in 2012 the food was great now it seems they got cheap with there food and like to rip people off. Also I don't like the number of homeless people around this business.

Been a customer of subport for years, my favorite item to get is the garlic fries. They are a must when going there, along with the combo which is the roast beef corn beef sandwich. The staff has always been so sweet when i have gone. And the owner is a real nice guy, he makes sure his customers leave satisfied. Even out of town friends make it a point to stop at subport while they are in town. Which clearly says alot about how fresh and good the food is. Definitely recommend people give it a try.
