This was my 3rd visit. They finally got the order right after screwing up the 1st two times, so that is encouraging. The food quality was typical BK food. I like the food better when they give me what I order. I'll probably try it again someday.

Blonde in 30’s never wears mask. I couldn’t tell the first time if she was making the food. I didn’t eat it. I contacted BK Customer Support and she still did not wear as mask the next time I went. I asked her on the second time “Where is your mask?!” She replied ‘I have asthma.’ Yet BK’s website says that ALL employees are required to wear a mask. This second time I found out that She makes the food!!!!!! That’s it! I’m not eating there again. Beware!

It’s fast food, but always clean, always fast and the staff is friendly and professional.

The food was ok,but today the customer service was awful, usually I use a coupon, and upgrade my fries and drink, just paying a difference, today they said absolutely NO, and every other store can do that...... I think at least ask the manager or be a little bit more polite in your answer and more if you wear a t-shirt that said do an extra mile!!!!!!! Seems not even an extra step, disappointed
