Finally a restaurant that gets it. Their culture is based on serving the customer first. Food was first class. Delicious, prepared well, presentation was excellent. Stellar place to go. Oh and the views..... Breathtaking!
The ambiance of the outdoor dining was wonderful. The view was awesome! The service was professional. The meal was great. This was our first experience with ordering our meal from our mobile phone in a restaurant. I can say, multiple receipts for one meal was less than appealing, especially since they charged a 20% gratuity to each receipt. After the appetizer and drink bill, came the separate bill for the entrees...we weren't interested in any more drinks or desert.
They have really improved their touch less ordering system. It was a mess at first. I actually kind of like it now. Except I wish you paid the grand total at the end instead of each time you order. Food is always great. Service is wonderful. And the scenery is fantastic. Go at sunset. You won’t regret it.
A bit on the pricey side but food and service was excellent! In the case of the Boathouse the old adage does apply "you get what you pay for". I highly recommend.👍
Page was an absolutely amazing server!! She helped us with our orders when we had difficulty ordering through our phones, and she was very kind, professional, enthusiastic & attentive through our entire dinner! She is the reason we’ll be returning, as she made our entire experience upbeat & amazing, even through the ordering frustrations. Also, the hostesses were quite helpful with parking, as we are not currently Brandermill residents.
