Great bagels and cream cheese or smears. I do love their sandwiches as well. Use whatever bagel you want and there is usually always a specialty cream cheese. Added some pictures of their menu 😸

Great sandwichs!! Great iced/frozen drinks!! I do personally wish they served fountain pop! If you order ahead you won't be disappointed

Stopped here for breakfast since we love Big Apple Bagels and visit them often when we are traveling. We ordered 3 bagel sandwiches and they served them to us cold. We've never experienced this before. I spoke with the the manager and told her we are not used to having to ask for our bagels toasted.

Not very welcoming or friendly, they also gave me a garlic bagel instead of seasame seed like I had ordered. For more than $4 for 1 bagel with cream cheese i would atleast expect the order to be correct.

My wife and I stopped in. Not a single customer in the store, and they still screwed up the order for 2 sandwiches. My wife returned to the store to complain. She was told to not come back. VERY poor customer service from an owner who shouldn't have the responsibility of running a business.

Very friendly staff. I had a salt bagel with lite cream cheese and it was delicious and big! Love the variety of self serve coffees (Michigan Cherry is absolutely scrumptious). Sandwiches seem a bit pricey but I haven't had one to review. Quiet atmosphere for conversation, reading or working.
