Due to an issue with my past order, I was told there would be a free pizza on my account. When I called to redeem, person who answered the phone placed me on hold to check with the manager. When the call was resumed I was given a very insincere apology, told it had to be done online (although that was never previously communicated to me) and now there is nothing on the their website allowing me to do so. My family and I will no longer be ordering from here. I would not recommend.

Incorrect orders. Incomplete orders. Orders delivered to the wrong address. Orders handed order when requesting contactless delivery. Unless you pay for extra sauce you get almost zero sauce on any pizza. Nothing is ever consistent but they are the only place that delivers in Middletown. That is of course when they are actually delivering. It's random when they are and are not offering delivery. For at least the last three days, Fri-Sat-Sun, delivery was not an option.

This is the Alfredo Chicken pasta we received the other night. I called & David told me he could assure me it was consistent with company standards. Looks to me like some ate half of it.....right??

I leave this 5 star review because there was a actually mistake with my order on 9/12. This mistake made me realize that in all of the years I have frequented the Middletown Dominos that I don’t think they have ever made one before! Darren made my order right with no questions asked. 99+% order accuracy is ok by me. Good job Dominos!

Their food and pizza is always fresh and hot, taste great. Never oily or greasy like Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. We order from this location every few weeks and never have any problems, always top notch. Nicole is the one who usually prepares our food and she does a superb job!! They always deliver on time as well, never takes too long.
