Amazing always love how nice they are in the morning only. Afternoon sometimes depends on the day but at night they can he very rude. I want to say 70% of the times they mess up my coffee and i have to fix it. But other then that my kids love Dunkin

They were quick, reliable, and efficient. Emma took my order with ease, read it back to me as any professional would. The one who made my food and drink was also very quick. As soon as the order was processed my food was done and my drink not too soon after. I was in and out as quickly and efficient as it should be.

I like there Donuts especially marble, Boston cream, jelly, and apple cinnamon. There breakfasts sandwiches are good. The service is good & this location can get very busy. The location isn't good & the parking lot can get chaotic. Not a bad place for a quick bite.

this Duncan location is the slowest location I've ever been to I think. I almost left because with only one person in front of me in line I stood in that establishment 4 a half hour waiting for one simple large coffee. the woman in front of me only ordered a bagel and a coffee it was absolutely ridiculous I will not go back there again. not to mention the employees are not very friendly and seemed like they have a bit of an attitude I just the customers are causing them an inconvenience.

I hate when i go threw the drive thru and order the drink i want they tell me they cant make it that way but they can. I devoted 8 years to working for dunkin donuts and i never turned away an order. It can all be made nothing is impossible. Super rude and disrespectful on the afternoon shift but morning super fast very pleasant.

Always fresh coffee made perfect and the sugar amount was perfect not like some DDs I've been where u drink 1/2 the coffee and feel like you're going to become diabetic because all they do is add sugar and they don't just add the amount that they should and stir it, like others should have done all along
