I like this store better than others in my area but they still lack a good variety of gluten free and dairy free products. Their produce section always looks good. I would love to see more organic options.

I'm a big fan of customer service and Shaw's gave me very good customer service when I visited Rhode Island recently. Additionally, I love the size of their Middletown store. They have a great selection of merchandise, yet I don't feel lost. After a couple visits I was finding my way around quite well.

We just came in for the first time yesterday (4/18) and we loved the store itself. Great selections! However, while checking out, the bagger, Karyn, made an unnecessary comment about my 3 year old daughter being loud.

Shaw’s has consistently had almost all of the items, I shop for weekly, throughout the whole 2 year pandemic.
I have found the Shaw’s managers and Shaw’s department employees to be helpful, patient, and friendly to customers.
Shaw’s has done a great job to keep their store COVID safe for shopping and to ensure that their staff remain healthy to serve their customers.
My shopping experience at Shaw’s is five stars.

I enjoy coming in at the lunch hour for the salad bar, the lines for checkout are always long and slow, and there seems to be no express line, 10-12 items only. I do not want to use self checkout as I don't want to have to weight my item etc. I would suggest an express line, and good signage as to what register that is. thank you Trish C. Portsmouth, RI
