Chicken was great, I mean it’s Boston market their chicken always hits. Food was good and served in fairly quick manner. Thanks to who I think was the manager
Drink Machine was out of certain things or extremely watered down.
Bathroom was a bit rough looking but overall place was clean for the most part.

The Middletown (rt. 211) Boston Market is awesome, we love that they ALL greet us with a smile and are very professional. The manager Melissa is the BEST! Very friendly, warm and helpful, she always makes sure we get exactly what we ask for, she goes above and beyond, putting the customer first, the staff there are All really nice. The food is always hot and fresh. We always go for the pot pies and if there are none, they will make them for us just to accommodate us. Great Crew of people! Highly recommend this location

One star is too much. I almost threw up after opening my trey of food. This food stinks 😷 I took half a bite and threw this in the trash. I hate that the photos don’t do them any justice. This is worse then what I ate for school lunch. People, don’t make the same mistake I made. Just go get you some groceries and use that air fryer. It’s not worth it. Yuck!!!

I thought the place was condemed when I drove in. I decided to go in with my wife to get food for us and our child. Upon standing there and looking at the menu I noticed flies landing on the menu which I just couldn't believe but it was to late and already placed my order. The soda was completely flat.. the place was cold and my meatloaf looked like it was a brick cut in 3 pieces with gravy on it.... totally gross and macaroni and cheese was mush...awful. will NEVER step foot in that place again.

Not the greatest Boston Market I’ve been to at all. Chicken was over cooked so I had to ask for a new one, some of the veggies didn’t look too great and the carrots were hard and undercooked. Very disappointed because I love Boston Market, just did not have a great experience at this location

Decent food ,although they didn't have what I originally ordered so they had to substitute the gravy on the country chicken which was so so I wanted two meals but they only had enough for one so I tried the bourbon bacon chicken which was better then the breaded chicken which was good.friendly staff

Great meal nice staff I do wish they would have more gluten free options but over all it was really nice not having to cook for the holiday .I was able to spend more time with loved ones this Christmas. Thank you to the great staff for helping us out with last min changes.
