Worst Sonic and drive thru I have been to in a while. Waited about 20-25 minutes and then issues with the food. The "Texas toast" bread was just normal bread, with one of the peices being an end piece of the loaf. Thr bread was also extrememly stale and hard. One of the sandwiches was burnt. The root beer in the root beer float was warm and flat and hardly had ice cream in it. A part of the order was also messed up, with a side missing. We noticed workers were young teenagers who kept coming outside to talk to their friends.

The food was pretty good for a Sonic and the service was polite but the wait time was ridiculous. To be fair, it was really busy and they said they were short staffed, but I hit the call button and didn't get a response for close to 30 minutes. I actually downloaded their app, placed my order and got my food before they took my order at the drive-in. I recommend placing your order online rather than in person, much quicker.
Edit: went back again. This time the food was still good, service was still polite but the wait time was much shorter.

We love Sonic but the last month or so has been rough. Never have ice cream anymore it’s so bad I thought I was at McDonald’s. Plus grouchy service and orders wrong. I don’t know what’s going on but I hope it gets better soon. I’d love to try the new shake flavor before its over. We used to stop by at least twice a week but if this ice cream drought continues we’ll find a new shake spot.

We loved the shakes but lately they are no longer creamy they feel as if water has been added.. also I always order cherry shakes today I was first told they don't have cherry shakes then I was told there would be an EXTRA CHARGE for cherries in the shakes....what's happening???

My husband and daughter pulled into the drive thru at 8:10 pm and ordered 2 meals...a hot dog meal and burger meal. They paid and waited at the window with no communication from the workers for 40 minutes. Meanwhile, they are watching the worker bring bags of food and drinks to 4 cars behind our car, while we are still sitting at the window waiting for food that we paid for. A few minutes more passed, and my husband got out of the car, went to the window, and politely asked why they haven't been served yet. The worker was extremely rude and nasty, and basically ignored my husband. He then asked for a refund and her name, to report the issue. She refused to give us a refund, and rudely brought out the food almost an hour later. Do better, Sonic!

Sat in drive thru being ignored after my order for 20+min. Everyone that came to check the window was so high, they had no clue what was happening. The manager had the lowest tolerance, couldn’t grasp the idea that the drive thru was still not having orders taken from the line.
