Went to The Royal Moose for coffee this morning and I’m disappointed to say the least. As you can tell from the pictures there was so much ice that the straw punctured one of the cups and it cracked all in my cup holders. Then she “remakes” it by pouring it over more ice. The customer service was not a friendly experience. I have tried really hard to love this place and support it, however, every time I come, I leave disappointed. The food in general is not great. It could use an upgrade considering it offers food with a coffee.

Really really tried. Love their coffee. Their customer service sucks! Went here a couple of times and it’s like the girl that works here always has a bad day. So it’s a no for me. Once I start seeing the better reviews on customer service I will return

Today I ordered my fave large moose mocha.
The dome lid was not on all the way. When my husband passed me my drink to the back seat the dome came off and gave me a white mocha shower all over me the car and the floor board.
