The staff are nice people although understaffed. But I cannot excuse the quality of food just because the service is good. I'm enclosing a picture of what I received this time. I did not leave a review last time for the old tasting grease and extremely salty fries. I really wanted to give them another try. They have failed me once again. So disappointed in the burnt burger. 😞

This was disgusting, these are supposed to be the hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Absolutely unexceptionable, I can not believe they would even hand these out. Went there around 9pm and it just seemed like nobody in the place cared. Hope this is seen by the owners. Only reason I gave one stat is because no stars is an option. Very displeased customer!!!!!!!

Very good. I was supervisor back in the 80's over in Gville I loved their Thick Burger. The biscuits seemed to be 100% thinner so I could actually taste the steak, pork chop and egg. The platter good as usual. Most impressive were the biscuits. Now bring back the original thick burger.

First of all this store is always clean. Bree has taken care of my orders multiple times while being here and shes always nice, professional, and working hard. This girl needs a raise!!! So nice. Great customer service.

Burgers are good. In the past they used to have really good biscuits. Now they have a spongy texture and are not that great. Once in a blue moon I get a sausage egg and cheese biscuit in hopes for the past to return and no luck. Also, their sausage egg and cheese biscuit is the most expensive compared to other surrounding drive thru fast food restaurant. Service is always quick and staff is friendly.

I waited Over 30 minutes in the drive through. They need to either hire more people or train their staff better. I came a week earlier and had to leave line because they made me late to work from sitting in line.

I just left your drive through around 8:25 on Sunday March 27. After sitting about 13 minutes in the drive through ,I finally made it to the second car from the window. A man was outside walking back and forth to the window looking as to be ask for refills for his drink walking between the window and the customer waiting at the window. I did not feel safe and drove off.

Not fast @ all. We waited 12 min on the drive thru and we were the only one there. I wish i had taken a picture of the cheeseburger. It was burned & nasty. I only ate the fries because i was very hungry. I had to throw the burger away. I am very very disappointed.
