Order through Grub Hub around 7pm on a Sunday night. Food was good but basic. Ordered a small thin crust pepperoni and and a steak and cheese sub. Pizza was basic enough sauce cheese and roni. Crust was tasty. Steak and cheese was ok. No seasoning on the steak and light on the cheese. Not the best not the worst. Would try again maybe see maybe try a cold sub or give the steak and cheese another chance. .

Used to be exc. Now the pizza dough actually has a cardboard taste. No flavor, steak and cheese subs horrible, cant see or taste the cheese. Ordered grill/fried onions, they put RAW onions on it. Meatball sub has zero sauce added to it. It's like they just dont care about the quality of the food going out anymore. I'm done.

WORST ITALIAN SUBS EVER. We ordered 2 Italian subs, 1 was supposed to be toasted, but wasn't. They put about a full head of lettuce on each sub. We were giving them another chance after ordering a pasta dish last time. The pasta sauce was very bland and there was very little of it. Very disappointing. We will NEVER order from there again.

Ordered food at 8:00 pm Thursday, May 7th. It never arrived, no call from Best Pizza or anything. Had to wait till 10 PM to get a call from grubhub saying my order was canceled by best pizza. I wish they had at least called me so I could of got dinner from somewhere else. I could not drive at the time because of a medical issue and all other places had closed by the time I found out my order was canceled. Just called and spoke to a young sounding man, said it was pretty much the systems fault even though they saw my order come up and knew it needed to be prepared. Asked to speak to a manager and was told they had just left. A little common courtesy goes a lot way guys, just CALL me next time you cancel my order. I love best pizza but this has left a bad taste from the experience. Don't know if I will be ordering any longer after the textbook responses I got from the person who answered my phone call. Employee did not make me feel like a valued Best Pizza Customer.
