I'm really give it four stars for the service. The staff is really helpful and courteous. The lone star Is the missing supplies of ketchup and napkins next to the soda fountain. You have to ask for them at the register where they usually have one or two staff members.
Everything was great, but the girl behind the counter first hesitated to give extra dipping sauce. But other than that, it was great.

You get what you ask for. Want a coffee light and sweet? You got it. Want extra sauce for food without complaints? You got it. BK still lives up to the "have it you way" they've made for themselves! They are pretty good just depends on who's working at the time. Some of the stuff I'm not paying attention to peoples orders. I have gotten my order wrong like 3 time and with me having a food allergy child I can't afford any mistakes with the food.
