I ordered my food online, two burgers and fries. It took me 15 minutes to get there then waited an additional 25 minutes for my order to be ready while I waited. I thought the wait was excessive as it was not really busy. Maybe they forgot to toss my fries in?
The building was clean and the staff
From the lady taking orders to the lobby cleanliness was amazing. I have a gluten allergy and as soon as the cook heard me say that, I watched him change his gloves. It was busy but it was run so smoothly. A guy came out and stocked the condiments, cleaned tables and relentlessly cleaned the floor.
We placed our order online. Ready time 6:42 pm. I arrived, gave them my name and the young man looked up at a screen and said it would be a few minutes on fries. 2 different couples ordered food, got their food and were half way done before I got my order at 712 pm. 2 stars are strictly for food tas
The music was so painfully loud we could hardly hear the young lady who took our order. Had to eat outside as a result. Outdoor area was clean. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Food was served hot and prepared as ordered.
Great to be able to get a good lettuce wrap burger, great burgers as long as you don't mind the grease. Fresh meat and can add all topping for no extra charge.
This chain is pretty consistent with all of their locations. The food is made the same it tastes the same. Service may very from store to store but I haven't had any issues here.
Quick service restaurant got order correct and we’re kind in the ordering process. Peanuts were nice and easy to dip yourself
Five guys makes a great burger and fries. After ordering your meal at the counter it is not long before your number is called and your burger is ready. The thick cut French fries are fresh. The burgers are hot and juicy.
