I’ve had many different options of their ice cream sandwiches and they’ve all been amazing but what really was amazing was the people that work there. I went one evening looking for gluten free cookies since my girlfriend has food allergies and they didn’t have any. They said at the time they didn’t have any but they would personally deliver them to me tomorrow at no charge and would have them on the menu from now on. I tried everything to pay or at least tip nicely and they wouldn’t accept it. The next day I had a knock on my door and there they were with a big bag of gluten free cookies. They’ve won my friends and my families business for life! Thank you so much again.

We tried 4 different favors and they were all amazing! Churro, Dough Boy, Bedrock, and Mister 305 (my favorite). We had delivery and they were sold out of one flavor. The store kindly included 2 free ice cream sandwiches, since we couldn’t get the exact flavor we wanted. They even hand wrote a note, which was so sweet. 5 stars!

Delicious! vegan ice cream sandwiches, but I won't be returning unless they improve their pickup experience (as I live too far away for delivery). I ordered 2 sandwiches through postmates, and attempted to find them using the address saved for them in Google maps. That address is wrong, and I had to go digging to their insta page to figure out where they were located. The reason for the two stars? This was NOT curbside delivery, plus they had no working telephone phone number to get help from. They are inside of a residential building on the 10th floor (that you have to wait for the concierge to buzz you up to), head down a hallway to arrive at the last door on the right with a sign that says to "knock loudly". While I know they're a legit business, going through all of that felt like an attempt to buy drugs or something. They definitely need to figure out a way to send someone down to actually deliver items at the curb when customers arrive (a working telephone number you could text would be perfect imo). Lastly, if you're picking up using Postmates - the directions they provide are far too simplistic and utterly useless. You've been warned.
