They offer an exaggerated amount of food. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, they should focus on quality instead of quantity.
My go-to El Palacio!! Super friendly, great quality food! One of the cleanest locations I have seen, especially with the amount of business they see daily.

Oh my goodness the Arroz Imperial for 20 was a complete waste of time and money. It was more like arroz with ham. The chicken was picadillo and probably 6oz for a large 20pp order plus the flavor was horrible. The plantains delicious and well worth the price. It’s sad because we had 20 people hungry

Horrible tasting food!!! Beware that all Palacios are not the same! This one has been the worse by far... food is definitely not fresh and taste horrible! What a waste of 29 dollars.... Chicarrons were soggy how in the world is a chicarron soggy?! Save your money and go to another location please! S
