Mi Sandwich Cubano Kendall

I had to go to Best Vision to get my contacts and felt hungry so I decided to come here for lunch! The place was half empty and as I walked in I was told to seat my self! Some on the menu items had no description... so I figured I wait for the Server to ask her! To be honest , the prices here are over priced but it is Kendall so not really surprised! I was looking at breakfast but as I saw the time , it was over and even though they charge an extra charge to serve you breakfast after 12, it’s really not worth it! When the server came she immediately asked me what I wanted , it had only been like 2 mins , but understandable... I asked her for coffee and told her I needed a few! When she came back I asked her what the “Miami Sandwich “ was she said a bunch of ingredients fast and since I have a hearing problem all I heard was ham! Ohh well, I figured it be good since I honestly didn’t want to keep asking a description about everything on the back of the menu! A few mins later I got a Huge Sandwich! Honestly it looks like a Club Sandwich with Spanish Ham - she asked me if I needed something I said no and she left! The only other time she came to my table was when I called her! Because my cup was empty! And when I did call her she immediately said , I’ll box it for you and bring you the bill! Lady all I want is a coffee refill and some Mayo!!! later after I ate everything and it was a Lot for the Price! ( again wasn’t surprised, Price=Big Amount Food this time) ! There’s room for improvement here in the service and an update in the menu !

I have been eating here for a couple of years and everything I've ever ordered has been good and they give great service, But tonight I went and was excited to see they added fritas to their menu. I am sad to say it was the worst frita I have ever tasted. Please do not be turned off about this place, The rest of the food is great. But Do not order the Frita.

Tried to get a "cantina" service going but it seems that they are more interested in their "norms and regulations" than to provide service to their customers. according to the employee I will have to pay for a weeks service and if I missed or did not want food one day. I would loose that day or meal. in other words the service does not roll over. Not only that but I would have to pick my whole week's menu in advance. the Menu is extensive but please with so many options around the area..El Rinconcito should not be as strict as they are with their Cantina service. in this day and age we all should be trying to get as much business going as possible, not turn down $$$.
