The icecream is delicious and the place clean but the service TERRIBLE. When I opened the door I didn't see anyone, after a few minutes a lady came to serve us. Right after she desepier. I needed to use the bathroom but they keep locked. I called the lady for several times but nothing, so I opened the kitchen door looking for someone to open the bathroom. The lady came all upset because I was interrupting her conversation with a coworker on the back of the store. REALLY? I hope the owner reads the reviews and take some action to fix the issue.
