Papa Johns Pizza

I just wanted to say great job to store #539 right now our family is experiencing a hardship with my husband in the hospital. While he is there he wanted one pizza and one pizza only Papa John's I ordered from home to send the food to hospital. The food arrived at the hospital hot and fresh. And I bought extra pizza for the medical staff. Awesome job guys!!! Thanks again every bit of great customer service counts!

I order from this location allll the time. This is my go to spot, I have a go to order that I get with extra cheese every time. Tonight I ordered my same order with extra cheese. However it came with less cheese than if I would have selected the normal cheese option. It was extremely dry and over done and quite possibly the worst looking and worst tasting pizza I have ever gotten from a papa John’s location. I called the store and politely explained how I order from them almost weekly and this is not how their pizza normally is and the manager brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do. Very disappointed in this location.

I Have ordered pepperoni pizzas a hand full of times from this location and it's been okay. I decided to go with Ultimate Pepperoni because it claimed to have more pepperoni. It did not. I called to inform the manager and he passed the blame on to trainees and admitted that ultimate pepperoni infact does not have more even though the description claims to be 30% additional pepperoni. After the less than pleasant conversation with the manager I won't be ordering from this location again.

I was so disgusted to see them preparing the food without gloves. Specially during Covid. He was rolling the dough and came to take my money for the pizza with dirty hands. I couldn’t believe my eyes, I almost threw up. I’m sure he went back to making more pizza after touching many other objects. The other employee was picking up toppings with his bare hands. I hope this issue can be corrected by management. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of a refund so I gave the pizza to a homeless person.
