Understaffed! AND forgot my fries! This checkers is right across from a high school; all the students go there once class is let out. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and noticed there were only two employees working during such a busy shift. Fix this!
I am only giving five stars because today was the best service I have ever had in this checkers location. Sonia deserves the recognition and the 5 stars are for her. Made my bad day better.
Terrible service and rude employees. Waited 20-25 minutes at the drive thru although there was maybe 1-2 cars in line. The gentleman at the window was rude when trying to clarify my order. The store was out of Coke beverages and apparently had no ketchup to go with my fries? This place is a disaster
Good food, service sucks. It might be because they don't earn enoughoney so they lack motivation
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. Insane wait times
they did not have any condiments they did not have Slurpees or milkshake and also no bread for the steak sandwiches I had to file a complaint the sandwich what's not warm and it was messy
The food was okay but they took forever. I thought they were killing the cow to make the burgers. Wow
This place is terrible as it is but to add insult to injury one of their workers refused to give me a cup of tap water because I didn't purchase food there.
