Been there twice within two weeks during lunch time, dining area always empty as if nobody eats there . never have the items that’s on the menu, I wanted meatball sub (no meatballs) , sweet onions chicken teriyaki (no chicken and no sweet onion sauce),

Been trying for 30 minutes calling this store order from them and the sandwich was wrong Noone answered and after a while it seem as someone was picking up and hanging up...ridiculous

Worst sub shop ever , took me 30 minutes to order a sub , only one person working at dinner rush time , absolutely ridiculous . After 30 minutes I ate half my sandwich only to find out that the pickles were bathed in the jalapeño juice. Being a person with cirrhosis of the liver this episode messed my whole abdominal cavity , long story short , I ended up at the ER because it made me throw out.

Another place with terrible workers and service. They say they close at 9 but it’s not true the workers close the doors at 8 so they don’t have to serve anyone and can just sit and chill. It seems like Miami is full of people who don’t like to work. It’s really sad!

The ladies are Very rude, they don’t change their gloves. The cross contaminate, there slow with lots of attitude. The young man on Saturdays gets a star in my book cause he’s greeted me and said thank you for coming in.
