Excellent service! Jake was very professional and courteous. He took the time to wipe my coffee cup clean, labeled all the bags with the number of the order, and most important of all, he was polite and took pride in his work. He made sure to tell me which of the coffees had cream and what the numbers on the bags meant (meal numbers so I know what food item was inside the bag). Great job!

I like the deal 5 dollar lunch but the French fries need work the water in the bathroom sink didn't work I have to used the woman bathroom 😰

My boyfriend and I just got discharged from the hospital and came here for some real food, and our order was not in the bag, so we came back, and everyone on duty was so amazing and helpful, especially Jason. Accidents happen and it’s how people fix them that matter and he was just amazing ! 10/10!

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The soda machine was out of every soda except coke zero. They got my friend's order wrong, gave him someone else's order and when he complained the many had a nasty attitude. Finally fixed his chicken sandwich but FORGOT pickles, he said and I quote "I don't wanna go back up there and say anything" they forgot my honey mustard and the chicken nuggets were not fresh. Manager is nasty, cashier was a nice kid who was in training. Won't come to this Wendy's again

Go here often because it is close, but I’ve had enough, tonight Asiago chicken sandwich was cold, cheese wasn’t melted, 2 small pieces of bacon didn’t equal 1 slice. Don’t order fries anymore because they are always cold. Beginning to know why there aren’t many cars in drive thru.

Late night munchies so I brought my family here visiting from Chile we live right down the road literally we got home our burgers cold, fries were old they forgot our order of nuggets and I had to return only to find out we were missing nuggets They have the ac blasting! it HAS to be below 60 degrees! in there I don’t know why they have the ac so low. I was freezing waiting for my food. I called back talked to manager he recognized my voice and repeated my order back which was fine but I told him about our food he said he put those fries in fresh for us and that can’t be true. They were chewy. I had to throw almost all our food away I wasn’t going back a third time I could’nt let my family eat that. The only good thing was our frostys. It was very clean and neat inside I’ve never been to this one before tho I probably will never eat there this late again ever.

I heard the fries were better than McDonald's fries. So I made a special trip just to try them. I ask for them to be well-done. No luck there, just more soggy heat lamp fries. I even ask the drive though attendee if they were well-done when he handed the bag to me. Guess what, he lied. Customer losses again!

This Wendy's on Bird Road in Miami is a good Wendy's to go to when you are hungry and need a meal at a good value. The location is very convenient to get in and out of when you time everything right. I have enjoyed all of the orders that I have made from here and they have been worth the wait.
