As we were waiting to be unloaded. We noticed a new hirer driver with off and what seemed to be her her trainer who is in the picture below. Well let me start off with the gate at the enter ace, it was already damaged pretty bad and multiple truck drivers including myself had a hard time trying to pull in to a door because of the lack of room to maneuver. It was so unfortunate to see this young lady attempt many times to pull into door 4 as we were in door 6. After many failed attempts the young lady ended up hitting the already damaged gate. With the help of her trainer who was outside the truck trying to assist her , guiding her what ended up being a terrifying nightmare for the young lady as we hit the gate and ended up damaging the bumper of the truck. I noticed Camara’s angled down right in the front where the gate is and hopefully management will correct this so this doesn’t happen again. This is a true learning experience and it could have been avoided had the young man helping her just took over when her noticed this task was just too difficult. I think the should remove the gate completely or move it out to the sidewalk as it would be move driver friendly to pull into doors, 3-7. I hope this review provides feedback for safety and to prevent any other incidents in the future. I hope that young lady is given a second chance as well. Unloading was quick however waiting for paperwork was pretty long.

Was very tight no parking except on road but if I can do the dock backing it's not that bad. Just gets very busy and there's very limited parking nearby I found a pilot the day before my delivery date that had like 20 parking spots and I lucked out that one space was available for me to shutdown but to be expected in most cities.

Nice, efficient enough people but very tight small area for docking. No place to park legally on street. Chaotic and confusing first time there, everyone parks (illegally) on small two way steet taking up both sides... turning around is a problem. Once you're familiar with this place, manuevering to dock is main issue....depending on how many trucks are there. Not my favorite place to go in general.
