Bond St. Asia Kitchen

This place came up while I was browsing restaurants and it immediately grabbed my attention since it was one of the most authentic Thai menus I've ever seen in Miami. Being Thai, that is nearly impossible to find! So I finally got my boyfriend and I over there for dinner within only two weeks of them opening. They have a Thai dish I have been long looking for in Miami and have only had in Thailand which is Kha Mun Gai: slow poached boneless chicken served simply over jasmine rice with a small bowl of its ginger/garlic broth. I had to have this and it was so good here that I almost cried, seriously. We also had the Laarb: Thai minced pork salad which was better than my mom's (she would murder me if she read this) and their Thai Beef Jerky which is nothing like American jerky, definitely worth ordering. Just writing this review reminds me how badly I need to get back there since they are the only restaurant I can recommend with true Thai flavors. They have since expanded to poke bowls and sushi (which seriously worries me). I hope they don't include too much fusion since their Thai food is top notch and affordable. Was looking for a restaurant that was open late & found this gem that is open until 2am on weekends. Courteous & friendly server who answered all our questions about the menu. Food is cooked to order and is very flavorful & authentic to the palate. Enjoyed all the dishes that were ordered but the beef noodle soup & the papaya salad were my favorites. Will definitely be back for some late night food binges!
