Essence Caterers organized the food and drinks services for my wedding and I had an excellent experience. The tasting for the selection of the menu was very well conducted and we were able to add and change menu items without problem. With my wife we were organizing the wedding from out of state and ended up hiring through Essence Caterers the rental of tables, chairs, silverware, etc. They took charge and set up everything perfectly. The bar service was also very good. I would work again with them for events based on the excellent quality and variety, the service, and above all their organizing abilities and willingness to help make any event a success. I think that for all this we got a great deal!! Paul and Josie were excellent! Thank you!!

I have worked with Essence Caterers for about ten years, both for private and public events, and for ten years each event was taken care of with the utmost attention to detail. The food is always excellent, beautifully presented and delicious. The staff are always well trained, caring, polite and engaged. But much more important to me as a client is the personal caring of everyone who is part of the company. From my first event onward, it has been collaboration, not hiring. Any ideas I had or suggestion I made was taken into consideration, including some rather adventurous menu plans. Finally, there is an element of trust that I believe is very important when one works with a company to enter your home, and represent you to the public.
