Pizza Hut

This place is FRAUDULENT!! My husband place an order on line, was never delivered, we call the store and the manager was very rude and very unprofessional, she did not help us. The next day we called and she didn't want to get on the phone to speak to us, instead she had a guy that just had started to work there 4 days before that day. She told the guy to tell us that she was going to refund our money, never did. THIS IS CALL STEALING. I hope corporate get this problem solve. Corporate shouldn't have people like this mistreating customers.

Pizza app says it was on the way and its been an hour and a half and no pizza...next time I'll order from. Papa johns...this is very unacceptable...DO Not order from this store on 146 s.w. 104th the service is horrible...manager even hung up on me when I complained even after my order never came...I should have read all the reviews because everything others say is all true...bad service, rude and the manager is useless and barely even speaks English so communicating was horrible...

We love the Pizza from Pizza Hut but the staff here today when I called like at 2.05 pm. First of all she spoke Spanish and when I said can someone speak English and she hung up without saying anything and again when I called the lady was super rude and you know what. Now she speaks English and screams like I told 1 min and you wait and hung up again. I better go other pizza places rather than getting this king of service.

I had the worst experience tonight. I placed a delivery order at 7:45 pm, right now it is 11:35 pm and they have not delivered my order. The call center is helpless, they only take orders, transfer calls to the store and hang up on you. I have been trying to get to talk to someone at this store to request my money back, but the call center has placed me on hold twice for over an hour and no one responds. This is beyond frustrating, I am left with no other alternative, but to dispute the charges with my bank and never ever again order Pizza Hut. Good luck.
