This Pizza Hut on 8th Street in Miami is a well managed Pizza Hut location that is a reliable source for quality pizza and sides. They make the process of ordering everything very simple and easy. The staff here is very efficient getting everything together. Happy with all of the orders that I have made from here.

Ordered online @ 12:45 p.m. follow up with a call to store to remind them: address is correct but wrong on the GPS(its google thing, I complained again) opting “NO contact” @ 13:31 my text 305-282-156 said “out for delivery” minutes later I see him drive by-he got it wrong. I called the store and the driver said I shouldn’t have asked for “No Contact”.
I went to the store & complained then canceled order-very unhappy-drove to another hut. Mom wanted the damn heart shaped pizza! Walked-in/carryout & waited and when I got home? Well? I should have checked the box!

10/10 I know you guys get busy during rush hours so I make my orders early, or schedule them. Everything is delicious. I’m very picky and you haven’t disappointed me, keep up the good work.

I placed an order for delivery, the pizza arrived dry, cold and the toppings were hard, like if they were old.
What a shame, I used to love this place.

I placed an order online at 8pm. When I arrived, the employees said the order had been canceled because they were closed. The door still says its open until 12am.

I placed an order on the 4th of July that I never received. I tried calling the store and got a call center instead. They transferred me to the store where it disconnected multiple times. The one time I actually got ahold of the store, after waiting on hold for more than a half hour, the lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I will admit I was not in a great mood and was a little agitated, however, I did not curse, did not call names, and did not threaten in any way. The employee refused to listen to the situation and instead tried to tell me what happened saying they didn’t have my order with having incorrect facts. She then said “If you’re not going to listen to me then I’m going to hang up.” I then asked for her name, which she refused to give and then disconnected the call. I was charged $42.95, which included a $5 tip, for an order I never received and the store claimed they never had. Tried reaching out to the store, corporate, and even the CEO just to get my money back with no response or resolution from any. Very sad, consistently the best wings of any pizza chain but consistently the worst customer service as well. Pizza Hut's new slogan "Pizza Hut! Pizza, Wings, or F*ck You, Because We Can!"
