Now this is food with incredible taste! In addition, the establishment is decorated in a way that you just feel welcomed. And yo add a few more positive words, the food is not only tasty, but also garnished in style, wish the priced were a bit lower, but it is understandable that quality comes with a price and more so in these times. I encourage you to have some coffee and dessert as well, which are quite a delight 😉

I ordered 1 spicy chicken sandwich. It was raw in the middle. I know it’s raw because it’s literally pink. It’s severely undercooked. I am very upset and disappointed I consumed raw chicken. Please make sure this doesn't happen again. Hopefully I don’t get sick or salmonella but this establishment has to do better. Please make sure no one has to experience this ever again.

This place is a hit or miss Sometimes it’s fast and the food is great Sometimes the line is huge and then they mess up your order , kids laughing on the speaker, you pull up to the pick up window and it’s like 5 kids standing there staring , sometimes it’s an older lady who is the manager that is awfully rude, strange experiences here. The food is great majority of the time, there has been times where my food is cold. Poor management I would say, but the cooks aren’t too bad. The one on 120th street and like 132 Ave is better , always a great experience

Saturday, 4/16/22 at 9am. Placed my order in the drive thru. I drove up and was told to pay at the previous window. I politely explained that the posted sign read "drive up". I guess the cashier was in the restroom. When cashier returns he sticks his hand out of the window. Zero eye contact. I know how this works so I hand him my payment. He charges me and barely makes the effort to hand me back my card. I found this odd, and again, the cashier makes no eye contact. It's so unfortunate that this kid has mad it this far in life without learning any common manners, not to mention basic customer service when dealing with customers. A It gets better.... As I stick my body out of my car window to retrieve my card, still no eye contact, he begins to vigorously blow his nose. My first thought was to step on the gas. I was completely repulsed. I drove straight home to disinfect my hands and credit card. Dave Thomas is turning in his grave. PS. I'm not a germaphobe. This was simply disgusting.

I go to this place often every sunday or other day as my cheat meals, and 7 out of 10 times everything turns fine.. but im bothered now.. i come out of the gym exhausted ready for a cheat meal... just to find out that im missing 50% of what I ordered.. and since I not only order for myself but for my wife and friends.. I not always check through all the bags to hold up all the people in line... Needless to say, its not the first time but its definately the last... I NEVER get back the items that were missing because I didnt catch them there.. sigh

I just went to this location the customer service over drive thru was terrible the gentleman when I asked to hold so I can look at the menu he said aY dios mío like it bothered him that I had to look at the menu before ordering then once ordered he screamed over the speaker and said alright dale so I drove off worse customer service I ever experience here they didn’t even get the order right when he was confirming it
