Wendy's

The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. First let's start with how rude the skinny Cuban lady is she was cursing off people who kept complaining about the long lines on the drive thru. My father and I ordered food and out of the no where she started saying no to everything we asked till she said yes to some cold fries. I eventually told her why her attitude was like thata and she said go to the other wendys in 137 and coralway. The food was outrages a burger that for some reasons was still cold. Either Wendy's takes care of that lady and their food or I will be calling an inspector to check out that location because no one should be receiving cold food.

I love Wendy’s and this is not about the food, the food is absolutely great. Yet the service at this particular Wendy’s is absolutely crazy. Every time I have come through the drive thru I place my order pull up to the window and then they make me back up before I can get my food so that their timer doesn’t start, then when your order is ready they make you pull up so it looks like they are super quick. I find this annoying every time no matter the day.

Some old skinny Cuban lady was yelling at my father. He was waiting for her while she chatted with a co-worker. She turned yelled what do you want I’m waiting for your order, he made his order and but she replied with a nasty tone saying that menu is expired and gave him a piece paper you can only order this. He canceled his order and left. This happened on Feb. 1st at 5:30pm. Never again. Never seen that with any Wendy’s. Maybe a Burger King but never a Wendy’s. Sad management and hiring there.

We had a great experience with a big order of Chicken Tenders and fries for my son's birthday party, everything was done on time and perfectly packed, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was as requested. Edna the General Manager, Veronica and Wilmer were excellent, great customer service
