They take way too long and service is good only about half the time. Half the time they also mess up our order. Last time I requested the same chicken sandwich I always get and it had pickles. That sandwich is not supposed to have pickles. We love Wendy's at my house but sadly the price is not worth all the trouble.

Wendy's got to work on their employees why because I was picking up an order from doordash and a little girl with white nails seem like she had an attitude so I don't know if she feel like working or not but managers got to be on that and I'll give it one star because you seem like people are you very late back I know it's 6:00 p.m. and we in South Florida but if you come to work work if you don't want to work you can leave I recommend nobody to eat over there

We were in the Miami on Us1. Their food was good but it took about 20 minutes to get through drive through with only two cars in front of us. It was 9pm and Friday
Our order was simple. 4-#1with 2 Sprites and 2 Mr Pibbs and we ended up getting 2 Sprites and 2 Oranges. The window server was nice I asked for ketchup before I left.

Disgusting attitude and very rude towards us paramedics this morning over wanting to replace coffee that had to much cream in it.
This happened at 8:45am 4/1/2022 older lady and a shift manager both very rude and even said that's our problem and talking to us with no respect.

Well we decided to try wendys late night and all we got is chilli meat meaning the meat was old AND IT SUPPOSE TO GO IN THEY CHILLI FOR THOSE WHO Don't KNOW💀 MY freaking sandwich bread was soggy and my fries was cold .I ORDER BACON-ATOR FRIES LOOK AT MY BAG FULL OF GREASE FROM THE FRIES...THE MANAGER WHO WORK THIS SHIFT NOV 30 AT 11:30pm NEEDS TO BE FIRED.THIS IS RIDICULOUS THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD HAS WENT DOWN BECAUSE YOU HAVE PEOPLES WORKING THERE THAT DON'T CARE ALL THEY WANT IS A CHECK
