4 of us ordered Wendy’s through door dash. Whole entire order was messed up. One burger was correct. Tried to call back and let them know, as I would have liked to get comped for the missing items I was charged extra for. Not pleased what so ever.

After a very long wait I finally got to order station, woman was rude and indignant. OK whatever despite waiting forever I wasn't upset. When I finally arrived to pick up food all I asked was to confirm the 2 fish were without tartar sauce. I asked twice and then I asked if they understood English. They gave me another dirty look, comma and never respond, even though they understood the English. Would rate 0 stars if possible..

I work in the area and get lunch here every now & then. The people managing this Wendy's are cheap and they refuse to buy mayonnaise? Every time I ask for mayonnaise the manager just gets angry and gives me attitude for no reason.

Service was abysmal with them appearing to be prioritising pre-ordered food than for those queueing. The lady taking our order seemed as though she had the hump, not very happy.
We waited a fair time for our order even though the place was not very busy
When the order finally came it was incomplete with 2 items missing

I ordered recently with uber eats to this location and not sure who is at fault here but this is what happened: 1. I chose ketchup and barbecue sauce for the 10pc nuggets order and both sauce didn't arrive. 2. No napkins 3. No straws 4. We couldn't tell apart our drinks (they were all dark color drinks with no markings on the cups) 5. We couldn't tell apart our burgers (We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 1 classic chicken sandwich, It would have been nice to see a marking in the bag to tell apart the classic chicken burger) 6. For our fries we didn't receive any ketchup at all. I was very dissappointed with this order but next time I'm going to go out of my way (which I wanted to avoid) to go to a drive through to personally make sure I get my order with basic things that I shouldn't be on top off.

There are times when the Wendy's app sucks...today was one of those days! JBC buy one get one wasn't working. Initially it seemed to work and I placed my order but the two JBCs were missing and not on the receipt. Trying again after receiving my order, the offer showed on the home screen but nothing i did brought the deal to the checkout, strike two!!!
