I have eating in Bellini many times for dinner and lunch. Usually I always have the chilean sea bass, the flavor to me is fantastic and it's very meaty. My husband had a filet mignon (I tasted it!) and the only complain about this, is the size; it is too small even though he ordered the biggest one.
