Giardino Gourmet Salads

I called to request my online order be changed to delivery and advised that I would pay the difference for the delivery. I am located next to the restaurant literally. The gentleman whom answered the phone advised that b/c my order was originally ordered for pickup it could not be changed and they had no one available to make a delivery (not the lunch rush time). Restaurants or any hospitality establishment must during these tough economic times DELIVER to their customers especially regulars. Sadly they lost my regular weekly business along with other co-workers as well.

Great salads, actually extremely excellent salads. I have nothing against spanish speaking people, I have children with a one, but I have something against a business that doesn't employ at least 1 english speaking person for english speaking customers. I couldn't explain what I wanted, just had to except what I got. Salad was awesome but not what I wanted.

DO NOT order directly from Giardino's website - always use Uber Eats. I waited OVER an hour for one bowl. Then, the Uber person they finally got to bring me my order, couldn't find my building and blamed me for it. Utterly ridiculous. Giardino's isn't exactly reasonably priced for their food - they need a better ordering system - if they can't do that, then take that option off their website and only tell people to use Uber Eats.

Ordered a grain bowl for lunch and the brown rice was hard- it was like chewing on pebbles. Then I tried calling and no one answers the phone. I was unable to eat my lunch- had to toss the whole thing in the trash (because unfortunately, I had tossed and mixed it all together before I noticed the rice). Now I'm still hungry.
