Mendez fuel inside the Mobil gas station is awesome! It is a hidden gem with an immense variety of craft beers and wine and other niche items. For example they also carry hard kombucha, cbd infused sparkling water, gluten free snacks, truffle oil hot sauce & pasta sauce, and house made popcorn with unique flavors. They also have a deli area where they make sandwiches, acai bowls and smoothies. I haven't tried any of these but my mom loves the acai bowls. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for locally brewed beers or unique drinks.

Used to love this place. Best açaí bowls and empanadas in Miami. But that was then and this is now. The last order we placed with them they shorted us 1 açaí bowl (at $12 a bowl) and sent us old and inedible empanadas. Couldn’t even figure out what they were. They should have been Caprese but they were anything but. Order total was over $80.00 and can not get anyone to speak to me on the phone or recognize their issues. All I want is someone to admit they sent us garbage and to accept their errors. Instead they have multiple pit bulls blocking your access to the owners, Michael and Andrew. The staff even provided a false name for the owners. This is no way to do business. Best of luck to you. We have been ordering from there for over a year and usually 1 or 2 times a week. I have choices and Mendez fuel will no longer be one of those choices. All it would have taken was 2-3 minutes and appease a customer. But instead they choose to ignore their customers so they get a bad review. Check your food orders to make sure they are correct and always check your empanadas. At $4 a piece, you should.
